Loyola Varsity Basketball travels north on Wednesday for the 48th Annual Fr. Barry Christmas Classic, hosted by Jesuit HS of Sacramento from Dec. 8-10th.
TOURNEY INFO: Loyola opens up the tournament on Thursday (Dec. 8) against St. Mary’s at 8:15PM. A win would put the Cubs into the winner’s bracket semifinal on Friday (Dec. 9) at 8PM against the winner of host Jesuit and Garces, while a loss sends the Cubs to Friday's consolation bracket game at 3:30PM.
Saturday’s games (Dec. 10) are reserved for the 1st (6:30PM), 3rd (5PM), 5th (3:30PM) and 7th (2PM) place games.
In total, eight teams from across California will participate in this year's tournament: Archbishop Mitty, Cathedral Catholic, De La Salle, Garces Memorial, Jesuit, St. Mary’s, St. Patrick-St. Vincent, and Loyola.
