Loyola's Varsity Cross Country team took fourth in the CIF Division II State Championships today (Saturday, Nov. 24) at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif.

The Cubs were led by senior Roberto Ruelas '19, who finished in 16th place with a time of 15:40.5. Junior Anthony Stone '20 (24th - 15:44.8) and Mason Ratkovich '19 (28th - 15:48.0) also rounded out the Top 30, while senior Hudson Godfrey '19 was in 32nd with a time of 15:49.2.

Loyola finished with 105 points, just four out of third place (Claremont - 101) and was one of five teams from the CIF Southern Section to place in the Top 10 of the meet.
