Loyola enters this match against Chaminade following an authoritative 3-0 win over Notre Dame. The game started off with lots of good play from both sides in the midfield. The first goal of the game was scored by junior Caden Ambrose in the 28th minute making the score 1-0 Loyola. Later on in the half senior James Redington put one past the keeper, raising the Loyola lead to 2-0. Early on in the second half James Redington struck again with a well placed shot making the score 3-0 Loyola in the lead. Shortly after, senior Jake Rodgers added yet another goal onto Loyola’s imposing lead following a great pass from senior Peter Hyan. The game concluded with Loyola winning the match 4-0. Cubs have their first home game on Monday vs Harvard Westlake.
