Current Loyola junior Kevin Parada ’20 was part of a select few high school baseball players across the nation chosen by USA Baseball to participate in the upcoming 2019 Prospect Development Pipeline (PDP) League sponsored by Major League Baseball this summer.
Parada will train in Bradenton, Fla., from June 13th-July 5th with 80 other high school athletes in the PDP League. From that group of 80 individuals, USA Baseball will select a team of 20 to represent the United States in the 2019 U18 World Baseball Championships in Busan, South Korea later this fall (Aug. 30-Sept. 8).
This year, Parada, a Georgia Tech commit, was an All-Mission League First Team honoree at catcher and 1B. Congratulations, Kevin! The Loyola family is rooting for you!
