Loyola Varsity Football will face arguably its toughest opponent of the season this Friday (Nov. 12) in the quarterfinals of the 2021 CIF-SS Ford Division III playoffs as the No. 10-seeded Angelus League co-champion Cubs (8-3) will try to knock off the No. 2-seeded undefeated Baseline League champion Etiwanda Eagles (11-0) at Smith Field. Kickoff this Friday is set for 7PM.

Parking: Parking is available in the Dewey Lot (1499 Dewey Avenue, Los Angeles, CA). Loyola Security will direct overflow to adjacent and secure parking lots surrounding campus. Handicap parking is available (please inform Security upon arrival). Gates will open beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Concessions from Zlicious Eatz will be available for purchase in the gym parking lot.

History: Friday will be the first meeting between the two schools in football. The winner will advance to next weekend’s CIF Semifinals. This will also mark the 36th time in a long and storied postseason history that Loyola Football has made it to, at the least, the second round of the CIF Playoffs.
