August 30th, 2025 | The We RUN LA Cross Country Invitational is a new race that welcomes all runners to its first year, here in Los Angeles. Hosted by Loyola High School and CSULA, this race course will run through the campus of CSULA on for a full 3 miles finishing in the Jesse Owens Track & Field @ University Stadium.
With cool morning temperatures, flat surfaces, and a downhill finish, the course will be FAST! All high school teams are welcome to join (boys and girls) on the morning of August 30th, 2025. Additionally, there will be a community race to start the day off on the same course as the high school races. The community race is open for anyone to register; coaches, parents, staff, family, friends, community members, etc. Awards will be given in each race.

- Novice & Community Race* - 7:00 AM
- Girls HS Open - 8:00 AM
- Boys HS Open - 8:30 AM
- Girls HS Var - 9:00 AM
- Boys HS Var - 9:30 AM
Community Race:
Open to all (coaches, parents, alumni, family, friends, community members, etc.). Start the day off on the same course as the HS races. Registration is through Run Signup (link above). Each entry is $50 per participant and all community race funds go to CSULA.
Novice entries will compete in conjunction with the Community Race. Their results will be separated following the race and posted with the high school results linked to their accounts. Novice entries will be considered as entries with the Open Division. Each division is $150. Team max is $450. Individual entries are $25. All funds are collected by Loyola High School. Payments can be mailed (1901 Venice Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90006) or brought day of the meet.
